We support you in minimizing the risks in the workplace and all legal requirements to fulfill. Every company is obligated according to ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2, every company is required to appoint an occupational safety specialist (SIFA or FASI for short), or at least to ensure basic safety supervision. We will gladly take over the Position of the external specialist for occupational safety and other tasks:

• Support in communication with authorities (district government, office for occupational safety, etc.) and accident insurance carriers/accident insurers (BG).
• Preparation of hazard assessments (GBU) and operating instructions: We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your working environment and identify potential sources of danger. Based on this, we create an individual risk assessment for your company.
• Training, education and instruction: We offer training and instruction for your employees to make them aware of potential hazards and to train them in dealing with safety-related issues.
• Creation of safety concepts: Based on the results of the risk assessment or we develop an individual safety concept for your company that meets all legal requirements.
• Support during implementation: We accompany you during the implementation of the measures from the safety concept or the list of measures and are available to answer all your questions on the subject of occupational safety.
• Regular review and updating: We regularly review the implementation of the measures from the safety concept and update it as needed to ensure continuous improvement of occupational safety in your company.
• Introduction of an occupational health and safety management system (SMS, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Carrying out plant inspections
• Establishment and implementation of the Occupational Safety Committee (ASA) in accordance with ASiG (Occupational Safety Act)
• Carrying out tests (racks, ladders, steps, etc.)
